The sipper pump accessory consists of a sipper pump, front baffle and connection tubes.
The sipper pump is a soft tube pump to transmit liquid from dual-direction. It is widely used in R&D and production for precise chemicals, biophysics, bio-chemicals, environmental protection, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries. It is an ideal equipment to transmit liquid in bio-chemicals, pharmaceuticals, glutinosity and corrosion. PS16-2 sipper pump accessory has the following characteristics:

  • LCD digital transistor displays liquid sampling or motor rotation speed. The six keys can perform every function and set parameters.
  • It can store data when electricity is cut. It can memorize the sampling volume and motor rotation speed automatically after every setting by keys. When turning on the power next time, LCD digital transistor displays the data set in last operation.
  • It has new-type control system and sampling quantitative system with a jogging switch. It has two working modes: continuous sampling and intermittent sampling for on-line continuous inspection and intermittent quantitative sampling.
  • It has auto-correction function. Users can calibrate the sampling volume by this function in order to avoid the errors during long-time operation.
  • The composite step motor uses a high-subdivision driver with characteristics of stable and accurate running, large torque and no noise.
  • With touch-membrane keys, it is easy to operate. With pump clip for installing and dismantling pump tubes, it is easy and quick to operate.
  • It is easy for maintenance. Changing liquid only needs replacing a soft tube without pollution from valves or sealing parts.
  • It can transmit liquid from dual-direction. The sampling volume is accurate and the flow rate is stable. With outside interface, it can be controlled from outside.
